Every guide here is meant to run as written on the real data it names, and every number it quotes comes from a run. When that stops being true, because a library changed, a download moved or a number was simply wrong, we want to know. Corrections are the most useful mail we get.

What to include

The address of the page, and which code block or sentence you mean.
For an error: the last lines of the traceback, and your versions of Python and the libraries involved (python -c "import geopandas; geopandas.show_versions()" prints most of them).
For a data source: the URL that failed and what it returned.
For a suggestion: the problem you were trying to solve, in your words.

Before writing about an error message, try the error message index: it lists every error quoted on the site and the guide that explains it.
